Seller pack card without sleeves and card protector. Ended up damaged. Understand that any damage during transit seller is not to be blamed. But the seller should have at least put a card protector or do a proper packing in the first place to prevent it from damaging. Waste time and money for a damaged card. Deal at your own risk.

I truly admire your honesty and really value it. Yes, I completely agree that there are always possible risks during transit. However, I hope that perhaps placing the cards in protective sleeves or protectors could help reduce the risk of damage during shipping. I accept your apology and have revised the rating to 5 stars. Hopefully, we can deal with each other again in the future. 😊

im really sorry to hear that the card arrived damaged. I always bubble-wrap the cards carefully before shipping, and I haven’t encountered this issue with my other customers so far. I suspect the damage may have occured during delivery as smartpac requires sellers to deposit parcels into the mailbox which may sometimes result in the package being crushed or compressed compared to tracked mail, where the parcel is handed directly to the staff and may be handled more carefully.
