Seller had already confirmed the deal and accepted my offer of $40 but afterwards claimed there was a second buyer who could meet earlier (and according to their t&c the buyer who can meet earlier gets it )[edit:they removed this part from their t&c] so i was willing to reschedule and meet earlier. After a long discussion with the seller(and the other buyer), the seller decided to let the cos to the other buyer although my deal was previously confirmed (price raised to $55 before i left this fb)
