seller didn't inform that drawer was at level 2 of her terrace. item was very heavy. when asked she said is not heavy. but turns out very heavy need two person to carry down her stairs.

Heaviness is relative. Compared to solid wood, IKEA items aren’t heavy. Actually I’m sure i mentioned it was upstairs because I said my helper can help carry it downstairs.
