Selling something at a lower price does not means that providing a poor customer service is acceptable. He claimed to have 1000 customers all handled by himself, hence is was okay to be late and to not reply when customers are waiting for him at the meeting point. He probably confused his customers as he did not apologise to me when he met. When a negative feedback was given, he replied rudely with vulgarities and even claimed on private messages that he wanted to meet just to slap me. Be ware.
