Initially did not intend to write feedback since seller has refunded me. But she went to put a neg feedback so I need to warn all buyers of this seller. She put the item as "New" and I trusted her without checking the item. Was horribly shocked to see the whole jacket w very bad furring. She said it was new cos not worn. Furring due to multiple washes. She noticed the furring but did not put it in the post or inform me. The furring is so bad, I can either return to her or dispose for recycling
buyer highly exaggerated furring issue and had rather high expectations for a jacket that was listed for 8 months and for $10. I never had such a bad experience with a buyer. Carousell is a second hand marketplace and not a retailer so please do not expect mint condition especially for clothing items that have been listed for this long. After meeting up with her, she kept rambling on insistently. I do not wish to deal with fussy buyers like her anymore.
