Buyer made an offer which was accepted by me and told me to reserve it for him as he was overseas and couldn't make the transfer. He could only do it once he's back, a few days later. However, the date came and yet, no transfer. I even messaged buyer a few times to enquire if he's still interested but to no avail. Just received an update that buyer has just reached Singapore today and didn't have internet connection to update. He apologised and it was responsible of him to update.
