Bought a kipling bag fm seller & when i brought it home i noticed d buckle was rusty! I wanted to rtn as I felt cheated n the seller is DISHONEST!! She claimthat she left in the cupd for a while but how come only 1 side of the buckle is rusty!.As a seller its imptnt to ensure your goods r in good condn before U hand it over to the buyer.Becos i removed the tag she wans to minus $10 off! She claimed she cant sell if the tag is not there.Even if the tag is on n when there's defect u cant sell high
Sold bag at $45 with all tags in the original plastic. My genuine oversight for not noticing the buckle as buckle strap part was all properly tied up in original condition. Agreed for her to return bag when she informed abt the buckle, but then she said she removed all the tags already so it will not be returned in original condition. Proposed to refund her $10 to compensate for buckle issue then, but she said she will rather throw the bag away. Totally regretable not able to mediate the matter.
