To be frank, I hv no confident that she will turn up to collect the item. (After read abt her negative feedback.) She was Late for almost 45mins. After met her, I understand from her that she is from Indonesia. She can only speak & understand simple English. I think that's the reason why she had created some misunderstanding. She is a nice lady. To deal with her.... Must be more patient. Kindly give her your understanding.
