昨日買了一支筆，收到時狀況很差，筆身花痕，筆內大量墨跡，頂部裂痕全部都有 但這些都是外表問題，我只要用到便可以接受了 我清洗乾淨後然後發現握位不斷有墨滲出，原來是筆咀上方有裂痕，所以染黑手指 與賣家反映握位有裂，賣家道歉說看不到，不為意，不退款 還叫我不如轉售有問題的產品給下一位買家 外表比相片殘舊很多很多也算了 賣有結構問題的產品給買家是不負責任的行為 收錢不退款，然後建議轉售壞貨更是匪夷所思 最後今日賣家更把有自己相片的頭像轉黑及更換名字 我感到非常失望及不滿
