So sorry that it cant connect to you computer! The other device is on its way to you. You can keep the first device or give it to your friends as it cost more for me to get it back hahaha (unless your entitled I will demand for it back because they dont deserve it)
DO NOT BUY FROM HIM! Most of his phones are defective and have dents or scratches on the outside. The first phone I received the back of the screen popped. The second phone I received after the exchange couldn’t charge. And now he doesn’t reply. Probably a scam for your money, BUY AT OWN RISK

Thanks for your input. I have tested the second device and it was working perfectly fine as I restored it via ITunes 30mins before leaving the house. I also ensured that it was bubble wrapped during transportation. You also demanded a refund on the product where I clearly stated that no refunds will be provided and I offered the exchange out of customer service as your forgetfulness to check for OBVIOUS PHYSICAL damages like it popping OUT during meetup was somehow my fault. Thank you😊
