Honest, resourceful and full of cost saving ideas! IDs quoted exorbitant prices but with Onzlah, full overhaul of my 1970s 4rm HDB saved me at least 35k! Onzlah turned my dream home concept into a beautiful home, with a wet/dry kitchen and my dream island and practical extension to both smallish bathrooms and more! Highly recommend Onzlah to turn your dream home ideas into reality!

Didn't engage an ID cos it's so expensive. Went the contractor route but overwhelmed with too many decisions the contractor wanted from me. Florence came as a great help in guiding me in every step, with practical tips, full Taobao furniture purchase coordination & working with me as I tried to communicate the design of the house I wanted. Great experience! Saved probably $20k for my 3rm BTO!

Owner house was renovation house. owner didn't bother to inform us. and other painters also working there. after 1 week of lime wash job they can and tell us that our limewash painter used his normal paint.. but dont have any proof... why we will use normal paint when we are doing lime wash. is this logical? this is an id. now they put all blame on us when his painter made a blunder.

Very lousy svc, when feedback, they ask "what proof you have..", see his nonsense reply above 4 eg. I am not an ID but helping a friend with her reno. Now I hv to give a context to this complaint so future buyers caveat emptor. Found this colourcartt11 after painting hse. As customary, painter left bal white paint in hse. After colorcartt11 team did their job, they took white paint can cover to cover bal limewash paint can, leavg white paint to dry out & 5-6 roller brushes also found missing.
