Bad experience. The jacket was mouldy, requested return/refund but no response, only say to wash it. It was not as stated - lightly used. The faster/string also broken. Seller should have the decency to check the goods before putting up for sale. Be honest in stating the actual condition.

Willing to refund you but you did not follow up after complaining & requesting to return after getting a discounted pricing. Already explained that jacket was used once but kept for a long time in the luggage bag & storeroom & did not do a 100% check but did browse to make sure it’s ok to sell.
