sent substitute products that were very different from advertised photos. Grabe. Sent a used, dirty, broken kid turtle lamp kahit brand new yung nka lagay sa order. Then wanted me to pay to ship it back. Then accused me of keeping one of the suspenders na sabi nya binigay nya na free pero sinole ko two pieces ba I paid for and yun lang din laman ng box.
1. Buyer asked for owner's ID, an act of a fraudster, we declined. 2. Buyer did not specify design so we shipped randomly. She assumed item on cover photo. She knows there are more designs. 3. Buyer accused us that toy was junk, a big lie! We opted to refund than argue. 4. Though buyer's fault, we paid return shipping fee. She shipped toy back w/out original box, used a bigger box. Wants us to cover another shipping fee for box. Her intention is simply to create trouble & mar our reputation.
