seller sold a faulty audio interface with missing power cable that cannot be powered up via usb, yet claims item is in full working condition. when asked how he tested the item to be in full working condition without the power cable, he stopped replying despite being online several times. asked to return the item but seller ignores request. very disappointed.

this turns out to be a misunderstanding. seller was caught up with housemoving, has since resolved the issue amicably with a refund and gifted the item. audio engineer consulted was unable to provide a risk-free solution to get the item working without the original power cable.
