Backout buyer. Asked to meet today but then later pulled out saying that he can't make it because he will be "leaving out from Malaysia early today". Makes no sense to arrange for a rushed appointment if you're actually traveling overseas today... Luckily did not follow his initial suggestion to drive out to his proposed meetup point or I would have wasted more time.
