Prompt replies, quick n efficient

Seller promised to reserved item once offered a price. Buyer did just that and both buyer and seller came to an agreement of meeting at seller's block at 11pm. Buyer did just that however, seller made an asshole move and didn't show up and when texted, there's no response. Seller than proceed to delete the item from listing and didn't provide any update afterwards. Becareful of this guy.
