I should be more accommodating and proactive by giving more pictures of the goods before closing the deal so you would be satisfied with your purchase. I did reply you the next day actually but I must be a day too late. Nevertheless, the fault is still in my end. I hope for your kind consideration since I’ve lowered the price as per your request. I apologise once again.
