Agreed to meet Sunday 11am at CCK MRT. I arrived at 10:55am, but only at 10:56am he suddenly said “maybe 11:30-12” without any prior notice. He only said he was on the way from Braddell at 11:19am and was still confirming the meeting station then. We eventually met at 12pm, but he did not apologise or acknowledge the inconvenience. Poor communication and punctuality. Would not deal again.
