Initially buyer negotiated normally and is was a great conversation. A deal was reached, buyer offered and wanted to pay a deposit before arranging for collection, unfortunately I was being nice thus refusing to collect any payment. After 2 weeks, buyer went missing and there weren't any replies. No matter, hope nothing happened to buyer.
