This person wasted my time. Pickup location and time were agreed by him. On the day itself, he asked to change to another day, but I wasn’t available. I even cancelled my appointment to pass the item. In the end, he went to the wrong place (which was nearby) and refused to turn back, saying he had no time. Not a sincere buyer

Do not transact with this seller. He sold me a laptop with IT security restriction. The laptop was good when I tested during the meet-up. When I get home and connect to the Internet, the system drive C became restricted by bitlocker software. I asked the seller to return and fix it first, but he became very hard to deal with.
