Dishonest seller. $19 Yoto card that seller sent was bent in the mail, asked me to mail the card back to her then she will replace/refund. Seller ignored my msgs and ghosted me after I mailed it back. 👎🏻 She even asked SingPost for refund (though I requested for it to removed since yoto was replacing the card to her for free). Still waiting for replies, will edit the review if she refunds me.

Seller refunded. Tbh seller was v efficient, mailed out on day itself. But when issue occured, became v reluctant to refund me or disclose any info.. Made 3rd party $ claims for my case without telling me too. Eventually when she agreed to refund, I still had to chase & get mediator invl. :/ But I appreciate tt eventually she refunded & became willing to clarify queries. Thanks 🙏🏻

Buyer seeks refund to combine order with friend on Yoto site. I refused as I am replacing the card. I wrote to singpost for refund so I can check if the parcel is damaged in transit as I have mailed many parcels packed this way through the same post office and they turned out fine. Did not want things to turn ugly so I agreed to refund on 30/5. She mail the parcel on 5/6. Being overseas, I failed to reply her on that day resulting in messages from her and others and a threatening nasty review.😕
