deal started on 24th July, i was interested in a postcard set but I forgot to make payment. Early August said they’d mail out the item and passed it to a mailing helper but the helper didn’t mail it? After that kept prompting if it was mailed and received no reply until a few weeks ago, the seller said they’d mail and if they didn’t they’d refund. Up till now, the seller has been avoiding my messages and will not mail my item or refund me. Will change feedback only if action is taken.
