if items have stains, please list and photograph them properly. not asking for refund or even partially as everyone has seen from the chat. i am asking for honesty because RM270 including shipping for the lot seems a bit too much even though moppu is underrated and hard to get. i appreciate honesty from the start not when i've already paid and received the items.

item was sold as a vintage secondhand collectible imported from japan, its condition clearly stated in the listing + item was carefully packed and shipped. after i responded to the buyer’s concerns and attempted to address them, the conversation did not progress further beyond a brief “ok” response. while i respect the buyer’s feedback, their expectations appeared to differ from the preowned vintage collectible.as a seller,we always ensure condition meet their expectations before the transaction
