actual item not true to description, listed as like new but colour was faded, furrings all over, and one of the tops had a stain. What's more disappointing is seller's avoidance of my questions after the transaction.

This is definitely a like new piece, colour was not faded. Any newer would have to get from the sch direct. Carousell(CS) is known for preloved items. Buyer was looking for services like aftersale care, these happen at a mall. Buyer requested for mailing, out of goodwill I obliged yet no signs of gratefulness for my time in doing mailing and covering part of the postage. I’ve never met such a rude and ungrateful person before on CS. Truly a bad experience, makes one wonder why bother CS.
