Seller failed to mentioned that the Unit was cold but but had a faulty component which sounds like either the bearings or compressor. The sound coming from the casement unit is horrendous and unable to leave on during sleep (which is when we need it most) due to the noise. I measured the sound level and recorded it 67dB which is 20 more that what the unit should produce.. sigh what a waste money.
