I went to also buy the highlighters they were selling along with their binders. Very accommodating and very nice ;u; got a few freebies as well and it makes me happy hhehehe ;u; They send you pics of the item and update you if it's been shipped out or not! Buyer was very unrespectful of time and has so many complaints even though she knows the item was used. I refund all the amount she paid and i was also the one who paid for the shipping fee so maliulugi lang seller dito mga sis.

When the item came, i saw a bleach stain which you didn't disclose to me despite you being fully aware of the flaw. I never demanded for a full refund..
