Do not deal with her!!! Buyer went MIA on the day of the meet up after offer was accepted and everything else was agreed upon. I even compromised and agreed to meet up at a more convenient location as she requested for it. Not only did this ungrateful buyer not turn up, she didn't even have the courtesy to inform me she is not interested anymore. Super irresponsible and a horrible waste of time!!!
