Communication was prompt, pickup and receiving items were on time. I was moving fridge and washing machine, 2 items. Mover hired an inexperienced helper. Items weren’t wrapped during moving meaning my fridge got scratched, and the washing machine was dented. I was pretty upset because I paid full amount for the service and before moving the items I inspected them the day before and in perfect new conditions. Then again, I didn’t inspect the items during receiving.
