Buyer was aware that there was a stain on the logo of the shoes as it was clearly shown in the pics and still made an offer. I confirmed his awareness before accepting the offer. After knowing that the stain couldn’t be removed upon cleaning, he decided not to proceed with the deal. There was opportunity cost involved, as well as time and effort wasted cleaning the shoes.
