Specifically went to meeting location that works for her, 15 minutes late, and did not even proceed with the exchange because the shoes didn’t fit her. The shoe size is already in the description. Not my problem that they don’t fit. This is Carousell, not an actual shop. Ridiculous.
Sorry that you are upset. It is normal to try the shoes before buying, all other sellers I bought shoes from have no issue with this. unfortunately the shoe you are selling sizes small. I size 36 and I actually showed you my own shoe size and label, to proove my good faith. I'd suggest you amend your listing to inform buyers upfront so you don't run into this problem again. otherwise it is bound to keep happening. wise words
