buyer did not check before hand the item or ask and i had to do a partial refund. item and price was stated clearly on my listing, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ask for more photos or questions. note: item i sold was in good condition and with no faults. edit: i realised this buyer even lied to me on the phone abt saying she was told it was 1L when my mom didn’t say anything to her
Sorry for the bad experience. Seller wasn’t present during the exchange. Her mother didn’t refute when asked about product. I learnt that I could have clarified first prior to the meetup, and checked the product before paying. It also looks reminds me as a seller, to include more details to assist my potential buyers, and to be honest in my dealings. Nevertheless, if I could suggest that more details be present in your product listings, and to use cordial language in your future exchanges.
