Seller & I communicated for a few days after offer was paid & he accepted & then one day we plan to meet. I did inform him that I will.be coming over. Went there & waiting for more than an hour.. Msged & no reply. Then he came with a story that he did not receive email & how he can make up to me. Any person who has agreed to meet up will check ETA. Few days later, he gave the item to relative.
