Horrifying and terrible experience. Would have given him zero star if the app permits. Did not collect the item, even though he promised to collect on this date. Worst, he still ghosts you despite various reminders to collect the item on his promised date. As this is not the first time he has ghosted sellers (as seen from the review), would suggest Carousell to deny him from using this app.

A bit disappointed in Mukul. After I got confused about my Nespresso pricing during meetup and said oh I thought it was $10 and wanted to check my listing, he very quickly said yes yes he remembers and paynow me, and didn't reply after taking the item when I requested 2x for the $5 balance. He was polite and friendly during meet up but before that kept bargaining for $10 off a $30 item 😪
