The seller said the used conditions of the Sage Chinese books are good. Turned out that in the set of books, a few have dogged ears and some parts of a few books are torn. One of them has many torn pages. The seller is non-responsive, deleted her listing after the sale and the conversation with her HP no. Her bank account number is there and I can report this to the police for fraud.

Had informed this is preloved set which more than half of books are brand new unused.Offered to meetup to check conditions but buyer rejected due to distance.All books pic have shown prior deal.Stretch film wrapped for courier.But you expected these books are from HK directly &10/10 conditions then should buy new set which cost another $150 but not preloved set.You want the books and same time refund how should this goes?? Choose not to meetup deal and request for refund once gotten the books?
