Bought an arm sleeve from me but came back to say that the material was crumpled upon receiving and claimed/assumed i sold her used item. Fabric tend to crumple so i am not sure about the assumption and accusation based on unrealistic expectations, but at least i delivered a product true to my integrity. A proper clarification from the start would have been appreciated than accusation.
First and foremost sorry if you misunderstanding,i had sent 4 picture proof clearly and explain the situation after receiving the item.Frankly speaking i received the good in bad condition which i explain and ask for exchange,item look wore and the thread are being pull already and it's very thight from the front ,you have no right to expect me to reply immediately as im also busy If i can tolerate your late delivery but you dont have the patience.Not responsible seller,Alot of excuses very rude
