This buyer low-balled which I accepted since product is unsold for a long time. Meetup arranged which he then backed out at the last minute because I refused to travel to his place after offering 10$ for a product that originally cost $45, accusing me of selling fake product even before meet up. This buyer has been reported to carousel and will be facing an account ban soon.

During the exchange, he say figure was flawless and had a box. The goods arrived at my house, full of flaws, broken hair, discolored, and no boxes. I ask him why? He said it was broken when he got it earlier. So it's not his fault that he sold it to me, it's the manufacturer's fault. I trust him so much that I use courier and give money without checking. He now says no refund, no exchange.hateful

Out of good grace, we reduced 100$ for buyer, who threatened to leave bad review if we don’t refund another $50 more which we didn’t, hence the bad review. This is a second purchase from the same buyer who tried the same trick during the first purchase, some images are even fake and taken from online for him to demand for refunds from us. Don’t trust this bad banned buyer.

Item although claimed new, had a broken clip which is needed for the function. Seller claims it is not important and wants me to overlook it. Offered compensation but was just talk. Disappeared and non responsive after that Charged me for courier but delivered themselves when found out address so near, no attempt to reduce the exorbitant $10 shipping fee.
Item listed as “Used”, buyer expected factory condition. Delivery cost $4 not $10covers petrol and parcel packing used for delivery. Buyer informed about self delivery ahead of time with no complains but still demands money back after. Buyer than complains about every tiny bit of product, “dusty, sticky, not sure how long it will work despite fully working,to attempt to get back as much money as she can despite buying this product at only 30% of markets price. This bad buyer is full of lies.
