Yes it's completely my fault that I have forgotten about the reservation. I have accidentally deleted the chats and do have got the items from stores. Sorry for the inconvenience and I understand that it is very frustrating. Once again terribly sorry 🙇
The seller is highly recommended,was so nice and kind although the items were free 😉
