Easygoing buyer
Buyer was friendly and accommodate to timing.
What an experience. So I arrived on time and the seller said their helper was coming, so I waited next to the condo guardhouse in the rain without shelter. Few mins later the seller just urged me to go to their block instead coz the helper might not find me. There is only one guardhouse and you know it better. Just say the helper is lazy and doesnt want to get wet.

Am sorry to say that my helper is not lazy. There is one guard house but you are not the only one around the guard house. There are many more people there and sometimes a lot of people. How is she expected to find you? Please respect others helpers. Rain was incidental.

Seller was rather demanding. She initially told us to meet at the bus stop/condo guardhouse. When we arrived at the guard house, we waited for 10 min before she asked us to go to her basement carpark lobby to pick up the item. When we arrived at the lift lobby and asked why she made us go around in circles as the basement is quite big and we had to make a few turns, her reply was that "life is sometimes not fair in this way". Item was ok though, but I would not want to deal with her again.
Transaction was efficient. The item received was also in a good condition. However, the seller was unable to provide the original receipt for the item as promised therefore I’m not sure if the item is still under warranty. Seller was also a rude and impatient when I pressed for the receipt, even though the provision of receipt was agreed. Overall not a pleasant transaction. Will not deal again.
