Extremely disappointing experience. The seller promised to deliver the item today, but then informed me it was sold out. When I confronted them, they tried to shift the blame to me, claiming I didn’t reply, which is simply not true. I have screenshots of our WhatsApp conversation to prove it. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
