Buyer asked for a discount and was refused, met up in real life and item was checked on the spot before the deal. But she had buyer remorse and decided to leave a negative review on the authenticity of our carriers after refused refund. Our carriers have warranty are direct from supplier itself, purchase at the store if you have trust issues and don’t be a cheapo.
Hello, i throw it away not even using it, i bought an authentic one from Tangs. Wasted my time with u and money. You can show proof of purchase from ergo baby company that u purchased your stock , then we talk. Still dare to left bad review. I did sent a comparison video of my authentic one and yours to carousel so we will know.
