Seller’s not willing to accept my request for return and refund, not even partial refund. The fault is obviously on both parties. I didn’t ask, she didn’t check. But she’s not willing to compromise. It’s her details that mislead. I admitted my mistake but she don’t. Tough luck.

Obviously you don’t like the item after purchased, yes? Finding many excuses to ask for refund and come up with FAKE BATCH CODE claiming item expired. What the? We have raised this to Carousell dispute team has they already provided resolution for this case. However, she can’t accept the fact.
