seller is very responsive. however, description and pictures are very misleading.. ended up not coming with a keyboard, which defeats the purpose of my purchase. when discussing a possible refund, seller claims its clearly stated no refunds which is not true.

You came down to inspect before we deal, while you claimed it was your brother that came on behalf. It doesn’t really matter who come for you to deal, you should know what you are getting. If sellers on carousell platform is mandatory to entertain refunds due to change of mind purchases, people might as well start selling at retail price. You bought this case at a 50% discount from retail price, now that you change your mind and I refuse to refund you, I’m given a 1 star? You are really a joke.
