I am extremely disappointed with the carpet I purchased. It was advertised as lightly used, but it arrived very dirty with large stains that were not mentioned. Additionally, it clearly came from a home with pets, which was not disclosed. This misrepresentation is unacceptable. I am requesting a return and a full refund.

Excuse your baseless accusations and renegotiation after deal done. So why did buyer make payment and arrange for HIS logistics despite ‘condition’? Buyer arranged cheap logistics from Pakistan who wanted to charge him $80 more AFTER collection, logistics went missing in action for hours after collecting said carpet. Buyer requests refund AFTER delivery and god knows where the rug has been for half day after collection, thereafter claiming stains/smell UNDERNEATH carpet caused by his delivery?!
