Buyer purchased a preloved belt advertised with complete photos where all visible signs of wear such as light scratches on buckle, indented leather parts, stains etc were highlighted. Buyer was informed the belt fits a size 12 whereas buyer is a size 6, therefore belt will be too big for her. However she insisted on buying anyway. Upon receipt, made a complaint the belt had major flaws and requested a refund. The refund was agreed on upon return of item.
