I'm reporting this seller for very dishonest and unscrupulous business practice. The seller entered/agreed to a deal with me yesterday as documented by our exchange of messages. Seller also accepted my formal offer. After I sent the seller the payment via Gcash an hour ago as agreed, I suddenly received a message that the seller decided to sell the item yesterday due to a higher offer.
