We were scammed by this seller. Her name is Ng Cheah Siew Shelin. She sold us a defective dishwasher and then turns around and claims we don't know how to use it. Never mind that I've owned three dishwashers prior to this. She refuses to take back the product and is avoiding talking to us at this point. Have raised a case with carousel. Let's see what they do to get our money back and ban unscrupulous sellers like this from scamming more people. BEWARE of this seller.
