The bag has damage,I ask if there was damage but said no.The loop where the bag & sling connects is halfway rip on the inner. Its not possible to sew it coz its leather so theres no way I can use it. I informed her about it but didnt get a response from after my complaint. She didn’t even bother to open my msg even online.She Should be the one to initiate the refund but she didn’t. Waste of money
