Payment was prompt. But communication could be better. I could not contact her through Carousell during the meetup timing. Then later she told me that she sent a family member, and had turned off her notifs. I wasn't informed of the other party's number either so couldn't contact that person. Eventually mailed to her at my own cost to settle the matter.
