Seller is very rude and sarcastic. I felt like she didn’t consider how it would feel from my side and just quite frankly didn’t care. The item wasn’t posted under aus posts requirements so on arrival I had to pay an additional $6.90 to collect the item. When trying to come to a comprise with the seller for if I had the item sent back to her she wasn’t interested and said no refunds even though it was an error she made. Overall it wasn’t a great experience and I wouldn’t purchase from again.
