Buyer offered me a price and I accepted. We agreed on a day/time/venue to meet. Buyer gave all sorts of reason to delay and I have no choice but to postpone the meeting. The buyer eventually said she has bought something else cheaper. This is a great example of "wasting people's time" . Please be be careful of this buyer in future. There is a high chance she will go back on her words even if there is offer and acceptance.

A very mean lady, ur in Carousel anyone can bargain, if u don't like the offer then don't accept, decline instead .!! Your mad, pity on u.!!
Hey if you weren't that cheapo, I wouldn't have written such cheapo comment on you. Yes, everyone has the right to offer but at least offer with some dignity la. Don't go around offering such lousy price that people like us would get pissed off. I hope you can understand where I'm coming from.
